Subscribers– Terms & Conditions

Effective upon subscription or purchase. By using our service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Service

Karandi Soru connects customers with verified community-based food vendors to provide fresh, home-cooked meals through subscription or order-based plans.

2. Ordering & Delivery

Deliveries are available within designated service areas.

Delivery timings may vary depending on location and traffic conditions.

Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payments & Pricing

All payments must be made in advance using approved payment methods.

Pricing is subject to change based on ingredient costs and operational adjustments.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Subscription cancellations require a minimum of three working days’ notice.

Refunds are provided only for service disruptions or verified quality concerns, reported within 24 hours.

5. Food Safety & Allergies

Meals are prepared by trained vendors following strict hygiene and safety guidelines.

Customers must disclose any food allergies in advance. Karandi Soru is not responsible for reactions to undisclosed allergens.

6. Limitations of Liability

Karandi Soru is not liable for delays, taste preferences, or minor variations in menu items.

Service interruptions due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or strikes, are exempt from liability.

1. Food Quality & Hygiene

Vendors must maintain valid FSSAI registration or equivalent certification.

All meals must be prepared in clean, safe environments using fresh ingredients.

2. Community Employment Standards

Priority is given to vendors from our focus groups: homemakers, women entrepreneurs, disabled women, and transgender individuals.

Vendors are expected to actively support Karandi Soru’s community-driven employment mission.

3. Delivery & Timeliness

Meals must be ready for collection within the agreed time slot.

Delays affecting customer experience may result in financial penalties or contract review.

4. Packaging & Branding

Vendors must use approved steel carrier boxes or other packaging materials as per Karandi Soru standards.

All branding guidelines provided by Yetram HR Solutions must be strictly followed.

5. Payment Terms

Payments will be processed on a weekly or fortnightly basis, subject to verification of deliveries.

Discrepancies in quantity or quality may result in payment adjustments.

6. Compliance & Inspection

Karandi Soru reserves the right to inspect vendor kitchens without prior notice.

Failure to meet compliance standards may result in suspension or termination of partnership.

7. Liability & Indemnification

Vendors are fully responsible for food safety, including contamination or health issues arising from their preparation.

Vendor Terms & Conditions

Vendors shall indemnify Yetram HR Solutions against any legal claims resulting from negligence or non-compliance.
